Performance characteristics



1. Super corrosion resistance: can withstand strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, and oxidants.



2. Wide temperature resistance range: PVDF pipes can withstand temperatures up to 150 ℃, FEP pipes can withstand temperatures up to 200 ℃, PFA pipes can be used for long-term temperatures ranging from -200 ℃ to 260 ℃, and can reach up to 300 ℃ in the short term.



3. Excellent electrical insulation: high volume resistivity, low dielectric loss, suitable for high-frequency and high-voltage environments.



4. Low surface energy characteristics: Smooth inner wall without adhesion, low fluid resistance, and prevention of medium deposition and scaling.



5. Good mechanical properties: tensile and bending resistance, and some modified varieties can enhance compressive strength.
