Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene
فيب
FEP is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, which is a modified material of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and has characteristics such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The melting point of FEP crystallization is 304 ℃, and the density is 2.15g/CC.
Quantity:
FEP can be applied to soft plastics, and its tensile strength, wear resistance, and creep resistance are lower than many engineering plastics. It is chemically inert and has a low dielectric constant over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.Melt flow rate between 2-30, suitable for injection molding and compression extrusion processes, commonly used for making films and pipes, etc.
Characteristics of FEP
1.FEP has excellent antioxidant properties and high atmospheric stability in the atmosphere.
2.The minimum absorbed dose at which FEP begins to exhibit performance changes in air and at room temperature is 105-106 rad (103-104 Gy), and it can be used as a radiation resistant material.
3FEP has good processing performance.
