Perfluoroalkoxy
PFA
PFA plastic is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melt adhesion is enhanced, and the viscosity of the solution decreases, while the performance remains unchanged compared to polytetrafluoroethylene.
Quantity:
PFA can be directly processed into products using ordinary thermoplastic molding methods. The melt flow rate is between 2-40, suitable for injection molding and compression extrusion processes. Suitable for producing corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, seals, insulation parts, and medical device components, insulation layers for high-temperature wires and cables, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump valve liners, and chemical containers.
Characteristics of PFA
1. Crystalline material with low moisture absorption. It can be processed into products using the usual thermoplastic processing methods.
2. Suitable for producing corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, seals, insulation parts, and medical device components.
3. Insulation layer for high-temperature wires and cables, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump valve bushings, and chemical containers.
